Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you use our focus diagnostic tool. This may include your email address, diagnostic preferences, calibration profile, per-detection normalized gaze samples and classifications, report timeline and scatter coordinates, leak episodes, generated insights, and summary measurements such as your focus score, gaze-lock percentage, timings, and lookaway count. We do not record or upload webcam video, still images, or MediaPipe facial landmark frames; camera processing happens locally on your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Your email associates the complete diagnostic report dataset with your diagnostic and, after you verify that address, attaches it to your account. If you separately opt in to marketing, we may also use your email to send updates about our focus tools and relevant science-backed tips.

3. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure visits, understand how people interact with our website, and evaluate our advertising. Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive information about pages you visit and actions you take, such as completing our diagnostic email form or a purchase. Meta processes this information under its own privacy policy. We do not send your email address to Meta through the pixel.
